I really did enjoy your book once I got into it and then I got to the point where I did not want to put it down!! I know you have changed parts and taken passages out, but I really thought Aurora's duel with Dracon bonded the Misfits together which hadn't happened before then.
I also liked the conversation between Mervyn and his father through the door so hope you keep that bit in. The Misfits also did not really seem to have things going their way at all and a couple of times I did think, not again!!
I think you also told me that your characters were aged about 12 but I think they should be older -14/15?
I was really very pleasantly surprised at the quality of your book Peter -you have a really good imagination and the patience to bring a complicated storyline to life.
